ADHD Lunch & Learn Talk
My Lunch & Learn talk draws on my lived experience to highlight how ADHD can impact people’s lives, both personally and professionally. As an entrepreneur who has successfully run four businesses in construction and recruitment, survived cancer, and been a contestant on The Apprentice, I share how ADHD has driven my success but also caused challenges – from frustration to self doubt. My talk is authentic and eye-opening, offering real, sometimes shocking, insights into how ADHD has shaped my life. It includes a Q&A session, giving participants the chance to ask me anything about ADHD and neurodiversity.
Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour
Cost: £350
Maximum Participants: 30
Neurodiversity Interactive Workshop
This interactive workshop is designed to engage participants in an open and supportive conversation about neurodiversity, with a focus on ADHD, to foster a more inclusive and understanding workplace. I begin by sharing my own experiences as an ADHD entrepreneur who has successfully run four businesses, survived cancer, and appeared on The Apprentice. Throughout the session, I integrate interactive group exercises that highlight the differences between a neurodivergent and neurotypical brain. These exercises explore the challenges individuals with ADHD face at work, particularly around executive functioning, and demonstrate how these challenges can be turned into strengths. After the talk and exercises, there is a Q&A session where participants can ask me anything about ADHD and neurodiversity.
Duration: 2 hours

Over six weekly, one-hour sessions via Zoom or Teams, The sessions combine engaging discussions with interactive group exercises and practical worksheets to reinforce learning. We begin with an introduction to neurodiversity and ADHD, then explore key areas of executive functioning – self-awareness, problem solving, emotional regulation, memory, motivation and procrastination and discuss strategies to help neurodivergent individuals thrive. Specialist Neurodivergent Mediation
Soon to be a CMC accredited, neurodivergent-friendly independent mediator and one of the few mediators who specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. Drawing on my experience as an ADHD entrepreneur, CPD trained (soon to be ICF accredited) coach, and business owner, I bring a balanced and practical perspective to every case. My approach isn’t about forcing people together or letting one person dominate – it’s about creating a safe, neutral space for genuine conversation and understanding. I recognise how stressful and worrying these disputes can be, and I’m committed to ensuring that everyone involved feels heard and understood. If you have a workplace or employment dispute where one of the individuals is neurodivergent and would benefit from a mediator who understands what it’s like to have a different brain, I’d be happy to talk through how I can help.
Cost: £995
Neurodiversity Consultation
I also offer a neurodivergent friendly consultancy service, drawing on my lived experience as an ADHD entrepreneur (4 x business owner) and my professional expertise in recruitment and business management. I work closely with organisations to review and advise on company policies, contracts, and hiring strategies to ensure neurodivergent individuals are included and supported. I provide practical guidance on making reasonable adjustments to create a more inclusive and accessible workplace, and I offer strategies for addressing any office politics or interpersonal issues involving neurodivergent staff members. My goal is to help organisations recognise the unique strengths of neurodivergent individuals and foster a more inclusive, compassionate, and productive environment.
